Way to Meaning was founded by four professional translators who share not only a background in linguistics but a long-standing professional journey. We met during our studies at the School of Languages, National University of Córdoba, and spent years building our careers side by side, growing, collaborating, and learning together.

Anabella Storero – Operations Lead
Ani is the engine behind our internal operations. As our Operations Lead, she oversees workflow organization and documentation, making sure each project runs smoothly and on time.
With a background as an interpreter for government agencies, she brings real-world experience to our professional translation projects in the public sector. She’s also a professional language translator specialized in subtitling, having worked on educational, institutional, and NGO content. More recently, she has been diving into game localization, where creativity and linguistic precision go hand in hand.
Josefina Vivián – Quality Lead
As our Quality Lead, Jose brings precision and polish to every project. She specializes in Spanish style, proofreading, and linguistic consistency, ensuring every text reads naturally and with intent.
Certified in medical translation and with a strong background in healthcare and wellness, she leads our most sensitive professional translation projects in the health sector. As a professional translator, she’s deeply focused on intent and accuracy, especially when language can directly impact people’s well-being.
Luciana Segura – Multimedia Lead
Luciana specializes in multimedia workflows, transcription, and audiovisual content. As a certified subtitling professional, she handles complex formats with precision and adaptability.
Her main area of focus is environmental and sustainability-related content. Having collaborated on global initiatives in this field, she brings valuable insight into how language shapes awareness and impact. A committed professional language translator, she ensures that these important messages are not just accurate, but accessible and engaging, too.
Florencia Nelly Sánchez – Language Strategy Lead
Florencia bridges human expertise and smart technology. She specializes in Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) and stays up to date with AI and large language models in the translation industry.
Her main area of expertise is education. With hands-on experience in elementary schools and special education programs, she brings empathy and clarity to content designed for diverse learners. As a professional translator, she ensures every educational project is adapted with purpose, accessibility, and care.
